  We want you to have the best experience possible, so here are a few things we need from you to make this possible.

  Please be sure you understand and agree to all terms below:

   

  • Players under 16 years old must be accompanied by and adult
  • You will arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time for check-in. This ensures your entire game play time. We cannot delay games after because yours started late. Please allow for time to park on busy nights.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation sent to your email. Please verify that you reserved the correct time and date.
  • I agree that all bookings are final. Changes to this reservation can only be made up to 48 hours before the start of the event. I agree as the primary booker I will be responsible for any damaged or missing items/ props within the game.
  • I have verified I booked the correct day and time for this reservation. I accept full responsibility for any errors on my behalf. No refunds or reschedules for no shows or late arrivals.
  • 100% refund with at least 48-hour notice
  • $10/pp administrative fee for changes with 4-47 hours notice.
  • No changes or refunds for cancellations without at least 4 hours notice.

• Late Arrival Policy

  To ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for all guests, we enforce the following late arrival policy.

  Late Arrivals

  • Guests have a 5-minute grace period from their scheduled start time.
  • Example: A 1:00 PM game may begin anytime up to 1:05 PM without a time deduction.
  • After the 5-minute grace period, the game clock starts, and lost minutes will not be made up.
  • Guests who arrive late will have a shortened experience.

  We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure you can enjoy your full game show experience.
